Saxum and Isolyn teamed up at the 'New Designer's Exhibition', Business Design Centre, 2002, to create this footstool, celebrating the contrast between natural and inorganic materials. 16 black or brown leather cubes topped with short, black or brown curly lamb or goats skin are framed in a 500mm square polished or satin stainless steel tray, supported on angled corner legs. Each stool will be unique because of the variation in the skins and will be signed and numbered. Available also with: Plain or buttoned seat pad or inset wood or granite top for use as a low table.
